18k GOLD VERMEIL
Care
While water won’t ruin your jewelry, it’s always best to take off your jewelry when washing hands or showering. That's because it’s never just ‘water’, there are other chemicals like your soaps, shampoos, and conditioners that can react with the metals. Having said that, we highly recommend removing your jewelry for water activities like swimming (in pools, lakes or oceans) due to the chemicals and salts.
Please remove your pieces when doing activities that could grind the surface, like lifting weights, as the hard surfaces can scratch the plating.
As for other activities, you can wear jewelry for your everyday, just be sure to care for it!

STORING YOUR JEWELRY
We recommend storing each of your pieces separately to avoid scratches. Place your pieces in the velvet pouch and place in the Every Heart box (or an airtight plastic bag). This is especially important for any of the gold vermeil pieces, to prevent oxidation and tarnishing.
Keep all pieces away from extreme heat and/or moisture.
